This all started as a computer science Senior Project by Villanova University students Greg
Baran, Jonathan Connolly, and Nareg Torosian. It originally ran from March 22 to April 26, 2004, and we
were fortunate enough to get over 600 people from around the world to register on the website.
We won a prize for the site at graduation, and we became the first ever students to present their
Senior Project at a Villanova computer science department colloquium. We got enough positive input from
teachers, fellow students, and (most importantly) people like you who tested the website that we
decided to make this a live site.
Currently, we all hold IT-related positions at different Pennsylvania-based
companies and work on ScreenPlay during our spare time. Unfortunately,
in January of 2005, Greg decided to leave the ScreenPlay team, as his
job owns him now. We wish Greg the best of luck in his current position
and in all his future endeavors, though the kid still doesn't know anything
about movies. Jonathan and Nareg are now the sole webmasters of this
site. To read more about them, please go to the Contact page.
